Warranty Convenient Service Product Execution Standards

1. Xingjie Tong will do its best to help customers solve their problems in a timely and effective manner based on the actual situation.

2. Users should conduct acceptance inspection after receiving the goods. If there are any objections, they can raise them within three days after receiving the goods. Failure to do so will be considered as passing the acceptance inspection.

3. From the date of delivery, there is a one-year warranty. (Warranty products do not include products damaged by human factors or force majeure.)

4. Physical damage: The following situations belong to "physical damage", and Xingjie Tong is unable to provide free warranty services for physical damage:

   1) Malfunctions caused by power supply system abnormalities, poor grounding, and lightning strikes;

   2) The product has been modified, such as drilling holes, flying wires, applying three proof paint, etc;

   3) Malfunctions and failures clearly caused by improper environment, use or maintenance, such as liquid injection, external pressure, falling damage,           mold, corrosion, abnormal oxidation, etc;

   4) The natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials (such as batteries, casings, plug-in components, etc.);

   5) All or part of the product components are missing (such as chassis keys, drive discs, adapter cables, heat sinks, screws, etc.).

5. Outsourced parts that are individually or installed outside of the Xingjie Tong equipment are not within the service scope listed in this service product manual.

Service Disclaimer and Customer Information Statement

1. Any joint liability arising from product failures of Xingjie Tong, including production stoppage losses, personal injury, and data loss caused by storage equipment failures;

2. Service delays caused by natural disasters, wars, and government emergency restrictions;

   1) Unexpected situations caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, natural environment, etc.);

   2) The deterioration of service conditions caused by social issues (such as unrest, war, strikes, government regulations, epidemics, etc.);

   3) The inability to implement services caused by energy supply interruptions (such as electricity, water supply, oil, etc.)

3. Losses caused by software malfunctions (such as viruses); Losses caused by password/password loss;

4. Due to the inability to control any misunderstandings and unexpected risks that may arise during voice communication, Xingjie Tong is not responsible for any consequences arising from telephone technical support services.

5. The damage caused to the production equipment of Xingjie Tong due to the following reasons is not within the scope of Xingjie Tong's service commitment and may result in the termination of service:

   1) Damage to equipment produced by Xingjie Tong due to force majeure events (natural disasters, fires, wars, etc.);

   2) Equipment damage caused by natural wear and tear;

   3) Direct damage caused by on-site equipment operation environment (such as humidity) or external environmental factors (such as external electromagnetic interference, internal interconnection equipment failure, etc.) that cannot meet the environmental requirements for normal operation of the equipment or written instructions;

   4) Hardware or data damage caused by the intentional or negligent use, improper use, or subjective intentional behavior of the customer to the Star Jietong equipment;

5) System damage caused by customer or third-party reasons;

6) The equipment with special service requirements (including location positioning) was not relocated or installed without authorization according to the requirements of Xingjie Tong;

7) Unauthorized adjustment, modification, or deletion of identification signs/nameplates without following the requirements of Xingjie Tong, resulting in related accidents and damages;

8) System damage caused by customer infrastructure issues;
